To keep our pricing fair and transparent, we bill based on two factors: the cost of any required spare parts and the labour time required for the repair.
For maximum transparency, our labour is billed in 15-minute blocks rather than hourly, so you only pay for the time we are actually working.
We charge a fixed fee to send a technician to your home to diagnose the problem:

Standard Fee: $110 + GST. This covers travel to locations within 25km of our workshop and includes the first 15 minutes of on-site diagnostic time.

Extended Travel: For locations beyond 25km, a mileage rate of $1.50 + GST per km applies.

Complex Diagnostics: If a fault takes longer than 15 minutes to identify, standard 15-minute labour increments will apply.

The call-out fee ensures we can send a qualified technician to your home in a fully equipped vehicle. It covers the fixed costs of travel and the professional expertise required to provide an accurate diagnostic report on your appliance.
To speed up your repair, we keep commonly used parts in stock. However, some specialised components may require ordering.

Model Details: This is why we ask for your appliance details (model and serial number) before we visit.

Communication: If a part needs to be ordered, we will keep you updated on expected delivery times and provide a quote before proceeding.

We understand that a broken appliance is a major disruption! We strive to complete all appliance repairs within 5 business days, though standard repairs generally take between 5–10 business days to finalise.
